David Lorier-May has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and a Diploma for Graduates in Physical Geography from Otago University and a Master of Science Degree in Geology from The University of Auckland.

David is also a Chartered member (PEngGeol) of Engineering New Zealand.

David has over 15 years’ experience in Geotechnical Investigations throughout New Zealand including the Chatham Islands and has also been involved in an investigation in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea.

David is currently a Senior Engineering Geologist who runs a team in Geotechnical Investigations throughout the Auckland Region.

David is an energetic and communicative member of EGL and has a keen interest in anything outdoors and music.
