Eric has a BE (Hons) Civil from the University of Canterbury and has more than 15 years’ experience in geotechnical and earthquake engineering, for building, dam, and infrastructure projects.

Eric leads the team through ground investigations, scoping, analysis, design and peer review elements of projects, for our clients. He has experience in the civil and geotechnical design of tailings dams, rock stacks, wind turbine foundations, building foundations and retaining structures. He has also provided engineering support to natural hazards option assessments, cost benefit analyses and loss estimation projects in New Zealand.

Eric is a Member of Engineering New Zealand, New Zealand Geotechnical Society, New Zealand Society for Earthquake Engineering and New Zealand Society for Large Dams.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys windsurfing, wing-foiling and golf.
